Two types of search functions are provided in CATTLE:
You can search for information in CATTLE using the cancer type, drug name or the gene name. The workflow of performing the basic search is shown below:
1. Enter the drug name, cancer type or gene name of interest in the search box on the homepage of CATTLE and click on the search button.
2.The returned search results are displayed, with information on the list of related drugs, with their definitions, indications and related genes.
3.Click on the download button to download the related XML file with detailed information.
